    Warranty Coverage

    All eligible physical products purchased from Agovia come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Customers have the option to purchase an additional two-year extended warranty, providing up to three years of total coverage.

    This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Agovia or an authorized retailer. It covers defects in materials, workmanship, and product malfunctions that occur during normal and intended use.

    Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

    • Digital products (e.g., downloadable charts, e-books, or guides) are not covered under this warranty.
    • Consumable items (e.g., conductive gels, adhesive pads) are not covered, as these are designed for single or short-term use.

    Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
    • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
    • Accidental damage, including drops, impact damage, and water exposure (if the product is not waterproof).
    • Damage due to improper storage or extreme environmental conditions.

    Normal wear and tear is covered only if it leads to product failure during proper use. Damage caused by external factors, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight or improper handling, is not covered.

    Warranty Claims

    To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team at info@agoviaco.com with the following details:

    • Full name and order confirmation number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or video evidence of the defect.

    All claims will be reviewed, and customers will receive a response within 3-5 business days.

    Resolution and Shipping

    If a warranty claim is approved, the customer will receive one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement product at no cost.
    • Repair of the product, if deemed feasible.

    Shipping costs are covered by Agovia if the claim is approved. If the claim is denied but the customer wishes to proceed with a repair, all shipping and repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Limitations

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Agovia reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage and to select the appropriate resolution.
